As the names alludes, the Mission Lures "Golden Goby" was designed to imitate the goby, a commonly found bait fish in the Great Lakes. When the fish are lithargic and picky in the winter/ spring months, this color can be the golden ticket. It's highly recogmended that this lure be "jigged" very close to the lake floor. (Gobies typically live on the bottom of rocky/ structured areas)
